BODI
A platform promoting digital wellbeing and awareness of digital footprints
It has become increasingly common for universities and employers to review applicants' online presence. However, many students still have limited understanding of what a digital footprint is and how their social media activities can influence future educational and career opportunities. Every day, young people consume content, post online, and interact with others digitally, often without realizing the image they are creating through these actions. At the same time, issues such as misinformation, cyberbullying, privacy risks, and excessive screen time continue to grow. To address these challenges, 11th-grade students at Human International School developed BODI. The platform provides personalized recommendations based on users' digital footprints, social media habits, and online behaviors, encouraging more mindful and responsible digital participation. BODI also aims to help users identify online risks, prevent cyberbullying, and intentionally build a positive digital identity.
