NEG Minute

A one-minute daily movement habit system

According to the World Health Organization, physical inactivity among children and adolescents has become a global concern. Most people understand the importance of regular exercise, but turning it into a daily habit remains a major challenge. In response, 11th-grade students at Human International School developed NEG Minute. The system makes physical activity more accessible and sustainable by encouraging students to engage in just one minute of exercise each day. Through the platform, users complete short daily movement challenges, monitor their heart rate and progress, and participate individually or as part of a team. The team believes healthy lifestyles do not begin with drastic changes, but rather with small actions repeated consistently. The project also supports United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being.
